This refund policy outlines how you can get a refund for a product/ order/ service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
The refund can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of quality-compromised items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once our team has checked and determined the same at our end. This should be reported within 1 hours of receipt of the product/ order/ service.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations or quality is compromised, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1 hour of receiving the product/ order/ service. The customer service team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
In case of any refunds approved by HAMARA PIZZA, it will take 5 days for the refund to be credited to your bank account or original payment method. We are not providing any exchanges.
